Unexpected Phone Call: XQC Gets a Surprise Call on Live Stream

After several months of almost complete radio silence Kick.com streamer and co-owner Adin Ross called XQC while live, sparking anticipation from his fans.

Adin hasn’t streamed since May 2024, and outside of an odd tweet reply here and there, his fans really haven’t had anything to go off of.

While on stream, XQC picked up Adin’s phone call, stating, “ Hold on. Yo Adin, I can’t talk; I’m streaming right now. Just give me a minute, and I’ll call you back.”

As soon as XQC even mentioned Adin’s name, his chat exploded, with many Kick viewers like VitaminKevin spamming “Adin Sighting” and “Adin Leak.”

That being said, Adin didn’t really say too much on the phone, simply saying “Okay, thanks” in response to XQC.

However, over the last month and a half, we have gotten several updates on Adin’s situation, both from him and his close friends.

Kai Cenat, another large streamer, said, “I try to check up on him three times a week to make sure that he is doing fine. As long as he comes back valid, he gonna be good, bro. Do you feel me? A lot is going on. As long as he comes back valid, he’s going to be straight.”

That may seem quite ominous on the surface, but Adin’s close friend Cuffem said he would be back by the release of 2k25 at the latest. This means he should be back to creating content on Kick.com by early September 2024. There’s no doubt that his fans want to see him much sooner, but realistically, 2-3 months isn’t the end of the world.

Speculation Around Adin Ross’s Disappearance

There has been a ton of speculation circulating around Adin Ross over the last several months, and comments from other streamers really haven’t made anything clear. While we do know Adin Ross is still recovering from back surgery, it’s unlikely that’s the sole reason for him being MIA; he could at least tweet here and there if that was the case.

What makes this even more odd is how closed off his close friends seem to be regarding the situation, evidently showing that something off has happened. There’s a good chance this is just laziness or even potentially a relapse on the lean.

Andrew Tate, a long-time friend of Adin, even went on the record stating, “Adin Ross is the perfect example of why you can’t give people over $100 million early. He does drugs, is lazy, and he’s overweight, but I still love him and wish he come back soon.”

Tate, who’s said inflammatory things in the past, should be taken with a grain of salt; however, with everything we know, Adin may be on the lean, or something worse. The guy even had a seizure on stream back in March, which most fans think was drug-related.
